The Ara double-seater loveseat extends the same mid-century-inspired design language as its single-seater counterpart, featuring a solid reclaimed teak frame with sculpted, angled arms and tapered legs.
Two individual boxed seat and back cushions sit within the open wood frame, allowing the natural grain and joinery to remain visible along the sides and base.
It offers relaxed two-person seating while maintaining the same warm, architectural character.
Frame: Solid reclaimed teak wood, sustainably sourced and re-milled for outdoor durability
Cushion Fill: QDF (Quick-Dry Foam) at 30kg/m³ density — engineered for outdoor use, allowing fast water drainage and resistance to mildew/sagging over time
Upholstery: Ateja fabric — a water-repellent, fade-resistant outdoor textile designed to withstand sun, moisture, and general outdoor wear while maintaining a soft hand-feel
Two-seat configuration with individual back and seat cushions for balanced support

Weight and dimensions are approximate. Please expect a variance of up to 25% in weight and up to 10% in dimensions.

Care Details

Reclaimed teak is weather-resistant but benefits from occasional teak oil/sealant reapplication to maintain color and prevent greying
QDF foam is quick-drying but cushions should still be stored or covered during prolonged heavy rain or off-season storage to prolong lifespan
Ateja fabric is water-repellent, not waterproof — wipe away standing water and avoid prolonged submersion or soaking
Clean fabric with mild soap and water; avoid harsh bleach-based cleaners that can degrade the water-repellent coating
Avoid dragging the chair across abrasive surfaces (stone, concrete) to prevent scratching the teak legs
Periodically check and tighten any structural joints/hardware, especially after seasonal humidity changes
While teak is naturally resistant to rot and insects, avoid prolonged standing water pooling at the base/feet
Use a furniture cover during extreme weather (heavy storms) for extended longevity
