The products are typically dispatched within 7 working days of order confirmation, depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched for delivery, we will notify you accordingly.

In case the product is unavailable, we will source it and dispatch it. The estimated duration will be communicated to you by our customer care team.

Returns  

Tropika Living follows a strict no return and no refund policy for all items.

Exception:
A return will only be accepted if the product is received damaged, and the issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Supporting images

  • An unboxing video showing the damage clearly

If 24 hours have passed since delivery, we will not be able to offer a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return (only in case of damage reported within 24 hours):

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
