Return and Cancellations Policy

Cancellations Policy

At Tropika Living, we begin processing orders immediately to ensure quick delivery. Therefore, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

In case your credit/debit card or bank account has already been charged for an order that must be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances from our end, we will process the refund immediately after the cancellation.
Please note that any applicable banking or transaction charges incurred during the process will be deducted from the refund amount.

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Returns Policy

Tropika Living follows a no-return and no-refund policy for all items once sold.

However, if your product is received in a damaged condition, you may request a return or exchange by notifying us within 48 hours of delivery.
To do so, please email us at project@tropikaliving.com with:

  • Clear images of the damaged product

  • The order invoice or proof of purchase

After 48 hours of delivery, we will not be able to accept any return or exchange requests.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging.
Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup for the product.

Exchanges Policy

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

If you wish to exchange your damaged product for the same item, please contact us at project@tropikaliving.com, and our team will coordinate the reverse pickup and replacement process.
